Black Cohosh: root is traditionally used for the relief of menopausal hot flushes and night sweats and for painful menstruation. It is also used for post-menopausal arthritis or rheumatic conditions. It is a spring tonic at lower dose and is also used for urticaria.

Dandelion: root is traditionally used as a liver tonic for the restoration of hepatic and biliary function. It also has diuretic action and the promotion of digestive function for lack of appetite and indigestion.

Devils Claw: tuber is traditionally used to reduce inflammation associate with arthritis and rheumatic conditions. It is also used for piles.

Echinacea Purpurea: whole plant is traditionally used as an anti-bacterial, an immune booster and for the symptomatic relief of colds and flu.

Hawthorn: berries are traditionally used as cardio tonic and card protective and for its antioxidant properties.

Milk Thistle: seed is traditionally used as a liver tonic and has hepatoprotective and a detoxifying action. It is an antioxidant and also aids digestion.

Oats: green plant is traditionally used to help relaxation from stress and overwork and aids to sleep. It is also used as a tonic especially after illness.

Red Clover: leaf/ flower are traditionally used for menopausal hot flushes and night sweats and in case of acne vulgaris. It is also used for mouth ulcers and respiratory tract disorders (sore throat).

Sage: leaf/flower is traditionally used for menopausal hot flushes and night sweats, for sore throat and for mouth ulcers or gum sores when used as a gargle.

Valerian: root is traditionally used for relaxation and to aid sleep. It has also antispasmodic action, which provides symptomatic relief of menstrual pains, headache/migraine and abdominal pain.

Vitex Agnus-castus: fruit is traditionally used for menstrual irregularity and pre menstrual Syndrome. It is also used in case of skin acne.

Relax & Sleep Naturally: It is used to Aid sleep & relaxation. The traditional herbal approach to assisting sleep is not to sedate but to allow the person to achieve a natural, resting regenerative sleep.

Blending herbs
The blending of herbs in a formulation has a long practice in herbal medicine and the benefits can be found in the enhanced effects of the combined blend over the use of the herbal individually. This enhanced effect is called a synergistic effect.
